I’m sorry I’m late, only . . . .I’ve been reading everyone else’s blog for the last few years!
However, now that I’m here, I hope you stop by from time to time and read my musings and share your own thoughts and insights.
From my side of things, you can expect vain ramblings about:
My life Other people’s lives My faith
Church Theology
The 1 billion people who lack access to clean water
Things I read Things I see Things that make me happy
Things that make me angry
Things that bring me closer to God Things that drag me away
Some posts will be trivial (but life affirming).
Other posts will be more serious.
I hope to blog at least once a week
So you are welcome to pop by.

I really enjoyed Atonement for a ‘Sinless’ Society and was hoping you’d join the blogverse – - so welcome!

Nice to see you moving about in the blogosphere Alan!
Having myself moved towards following Jesus from a “sinless” cultural background I find a healthy dialect in in your language and storytelling around the atonement, that ties together the cross w the life, practices and teachings of Jesus rather than focusing on “the sacrifice” alone. Thankyou!
Btw: Aiming for one post a week is wise!
Greetings from sweden!

Thanks to everyone who has posted so far – I’ve been greatly encouraged by your kind words.
Thanks especially to Mak and Andreas for not only reading my book, but finding it helpful – it’s good to know it effects people’s lives and isn’t just empty words

Alan – I got a lot from Sinless Society once the chaplain at work explained some of the terminology but I’ve still to read – I bumped into her in Casualty where they are used to incoherent people but we’re not usually as good at diagnosing ontological coherence I think the term was.
looking forward to being challenged
